Before moving into talent acquisition, I picked up a Bachelor's degree in Marine Biology from the University of Plymouth, as well as gaining 5 years of experience in the laboratory working on analytical chemistry. I'm a scientist at heart, and although I didn’t pursue this career path, I made the move into recruitment to use my knowledge to help candidates land their dream roles, and clients find the best talent for their teams.
