Additionally the City of Kissimmee has partnered with the State of Florida and Osceola County in the development and management of the Shingle Creek Regional Park. This regional park encompasses over 1,000 acres and includes properties from the Orange County line to Lake Tohopekaliga, and is one of the Region’s largest environmental parks with canoeing, kayaking, hiking, and ecological experiences.• Events and Venues Division is responsible for planning and coordinating over 250 year round community events and festivals.

Provides leadership, supervision, strategic direction and operational direction to two full service facilities totaling $7M in revenue, including 20 FT & 175 PT staff, as well as lead an association product line totaling $2M in revenue.• Reimagined sports product line ($2M revenue) deploying new standards, new pricing and systems to improve participant experience, increasing net by 27% in 2019.• Rebuilt the member experience at Hollywood YMCA facility leading to an increase in acquisition and retention increasing revenue by $700,000 while only increasing expenses $20,000 during tenure. • Steered project teams creating COVID-19 operating procedures for Association, including all facility, safety, and sports product line protocols minimizing risk to staff/members• Engaged community partners to mutually beneficial relations including Memorial Health Care Hospital Systems, elected officials and city staff, local corporations and service agencies.

• 5M dollar operating budget with a diverse program and membership base; including competitive gymnastics, preschool, VPK, Sports, Aquatics and a Silver Sneakers program that averages 6,000 accesses per month. • Led center revenue to increase from March 2016 to July 2019 of $600,000. • Increased membership revenue by $444,000 between 2016 and 2019. • Lead annual campaign increase from 2016 to 2019 of 62%.• Lead Summer Camp revenue to an increase of $40,000 2019 vs 2018. During 2019 The YMCA of South Florida experienced $245,000 or 27% increase in association sports revenue due to standardization and schedule restructuring.
