An English language expert and native speaker with extensive teaching, editing, and writing experience, I deliver unique communication solutions for corporate clients. I am particularly adept at assessing a student's individual needs and tailoring instruction to develop these necessary skills. Rather than relying on one basic pedagogical approach, I draw from a variety of techniques, best practices, resources, as well as feedback from students to build a bespoke curriculum that would be most effective. In my most recent position, I led a team of 14 teachers providing individual instruction to over 200 adult students; previously, I have individually maintained a load of over 100 students in a mix of group and one-on-one lessons.In addition to teaching, my passion for grammar and eye for detail make me a thorough editor, writer, and proofreader. I enjoy variety in my work, so I am certainly open to taking on multiple responsibilities in developing the communication and education program at a company, be it via teaching, program development, content creation, building a communication strategy, and so on.I can work independently to create such programs; however, I have advanced into leadership roles throughout my work and volunteer career and find satisfaction in coordinating and supporting a team.
