Responsible for the formal training of independent life insurance agents in support of our estate planning firm, Eagle Estate Services. Mission includes ongoing field work with agents, remote support of field activity through detailed processes via technology, perpetual development and implementation of improved sales processes, and product training. Developed virtual training processes and implemented them since March of 2020. As a result of a recently improved training regimen, the company has seen exponential growth in net annuity & life premiums.

Acquired independent life insurance agents for the purpose of working with clients of our estate planning firm, CLA Estate Services. Primary duties included contacting, vetting, interviewing, and onboarding potential candidates for the firm.

Sold insurance in the individual life and health insurance markets. Products included Medicare Health Plans, Individual Health Plans, Fixed Indexed Annuities, and Life Insurance. Primary focus was on the senior market.

Provided financial advice to individual investors for the purposes of retirement and estate planning. Utilized proprietary computer programs to create client portfolios and manage client risk. Created asset allocation models tailored to individual risk tolerance, goals, and time horizon. Products used in asset allocation models included mutual funds, EFTs, individual stocks, individual corporate and municipal bonds, and managed money accounts.
