Operating within the KBR Infrastructure Services Australia business unit, PMC Services is focused on major capital infrastructure delivery, including Resources, Industrial and Water.I am responsible for developing and implementing project and program management services that are tailored to customers needs and objectives in delivering large scale transformational projects and programs.

Responsible for the overall delivery of Jemena's $140M Project Atlas Compression Facility and Gas Pipeline. This Build-Own-Operate scope includes a new 40TJ/day gas compression station and a 60 km high pressure pipeline. This infrastructure delivers gas from Senex's Atlas acreage to the domestic market: the first acreage earmarked solely for the domestic market. Project Atlas has been successfully delivered in 18 months, setting new records for gas infrastructure development and delivery in this region.

Reporting directly to the Group Manager - Integrated Development, I was responsible for delivering defined scopes, budgets and execution plans for wells, their associated surface facilities and flowlines to expand the APLNG upstream development gas gathering network. Working broadly across the Development organisation, leads the Front-End-Loading definition and assurance activities for packages of logically grouped wells from design concept, through FEED, to the start of field execution.Front-end scope delivery responsibility for the Western APLNG fields is notionally 200-300 wells per annum.

Management of Project Control activities for Drilling & Completions within the Integrated Gas division. Responsibilities include work program development and management of planning & scheduling, cost control, budgeting, estimating, risk management, forecasting and reporting.

In this role I developed a strong program management capability for Santos Drilling and Completions to enable the effective management of the Coal Seam Gas Appraisal and Development for the GLNG Project. This included recruiting and leading a team with responsibility for:-- Program planning and controls for delivery of drilling, well completions and workovers (~150 - 250 new wells per annum).- Project engineering of upstream gathering network well pad design, integrated with EPC facilities.- Materials and logistics to support drilling and completions operations.

Project Management and Project Engineering roles on a range of projects executed in a number of global locations for major clients including Woodside, BP, Agip, Huntsman and Boral.INTERFACE MANAGER for the Browse LNG Project - Basis of Design phase. Responsible for defining technical/contractual battery limits across the upstream network, as well as the development of the Interface Management Plan and associated systems leading in to the FEED phase of the project.VENDOR PACKAGES MANAGER for the Woodside North Rankin B Offshore Platform. Responsible for planning and delivery of all vendor supplied equipment and materials.Leadership of the package management group, developing package engineering processes and establishing multi-discipline Package Execution Teams to manage and control major/complex work scopes.PROJECT ENGINEER for the Kashagan Oilfield Development Project. - Responsible for ensuring design integration of the prime engineering contractor with numerous EPC contractors throughout the detailed design phase. - Coordination of design reviews and key deliverable approvals by technical authorities.- Management of change requests, risk and interface management plans.PROJECT ENGINEER for the BP ACG Full Field Development, Phases 1 & 2. Responsible for supplier data delivery, risk management, as well as the facilitation of multi-discipline workshops to identify synergies and learnings from Phase 1 designs to be captured in subsequent offshore platform and onshore terminal designs.PROJECT MANAGER - Boral Greystanes Relocation ProjectResponsible for the design and construction of an 800tph raw materials handling system.PROJECT MANAGER - Huntsman Petrochemical Plant, SydneyResponsible for delivery of numerous small capital brownfield upgrade projects.

MECHANICAL PACKAGE ENGINEER - Rio Tinto / Port Waratah Coal Services Expansion- Developed packaged equipment specifications, budget tenders to produce FEED estimate, schedule. - Upon sanction, responsible for utilities design as well as management of various equipment packages.PROJECT ENGINEER - Rio Tinto / Comalco Carbon Plant Upgrade- Scoped requirements to optimise materials handling systems. Project managed implementation worksFIELD CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER - Olympic Dam Metallurgical Plant - Phase 3 Expansion- Planned and supervised plant shutdowns for brownfields tie-ins.- Technical support to construction supervisors

- Prepared justifications for upgrade / replacement of major equipment assets.- Coordinated design and installation of modifications to longwall mining system.- Hands-on mechanical maintenance of mine equipment, working alongside experienced fitters.
