Millar Berry Farms is our family owned and operated farm. I help out with day-to-day operations, which can include manual labour, managing staff, operating equipment, and handling technology.- Hire, train, and work with staff to oversee day-to-day operation during harvest.- Deal with customers, ensuring they receive courteous service and an outstanding product.- Created and maintain the company website using Adobe Dreamweaver and manual coding.- Responsible for social media presence.

I provide a vast array of technical services, ranging from PC diagnostics/troubleshooting/repairs/consulting, to Android device support, to software or electronic device tutoring.- Build PC systems to customer specifications and budget.- Diagnose and solve any hardware or software issues.- Deep knowledge of Android OS.- Ability to quickly learn specifics of new electronic devices to assist clients with their operation.

Was part of the seasonal team in the Individual Retirement Investment Services department. Was responsible for checking new account applications and change requests for validity. If request was valid, it was entered into the computer system, otherwise the financial advisor was contacted to resolve the issue.- Created new accounts, and handled requests on existing accounts using a specialized computer system.- Checked applications and requests for completion and correctness.- Corresponded with financial advisors via phone/e-mail/fax with regards to applications and requests.

Was responsible for completing paperwork to be submitted to head office, and the MTO. Merged and transferred data from driver log sheets and truck computers onto official documents, while checking for accuracy and completion.- Created templates with formulas, in Microsoft Excel, to handle computation of data downloaded from the trucks more efficiently.

Learned how to use a variety of equipment for tasks such as backing up footage for the archives, as well as different graphic design software such as CorelDraw, and Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.- Created new ID cards for all staff members.- Designed a 50th anniversary logo for use on displays in the building, as well as on TV.
