Managed Cloud Data Warehouse Migration Project: - Partnered with client engineers and product managers to create and execute a detailed project plan; managed resource plans, workflows, financials, technical dependencies, and status for 20-person team - Oversaw DW and ETL conversion from on prem DataStage to cloud Matillion and Snowflake solution - Led technical effort to replatform reporting (Tableau, Business Objects) onto new Snowflake DW - Cut daily ETL processing times in half, opening the door for much more robust advanced analytics
