I am an executive business leader with over 12 years of experience at Texas Instruments. Shortly after beginning my career in sales, business development and marketing, TI senior leadership trusted me to lead large, complex businesses that were critical to meeting shareholders’ expectations, year-after-year. My businesses have been marked with high growth, strong execution and strategies that have been proven by performance, generating hundreds of millions of dollars in growth for the company and a stronger foot-print in the global market place.Passion, hunger and a proven ability to develop followership with team-members of all levels and all walks of life are the core characteristics of my leadership.
