- Created models in SolidWorks for injection molded parts, which resulted in three CPAP devices and multiple accessory products.- Co-inventor on patent that integrates humidity in a positive airway pressure (PAP) device on a breath to breath basis (US Patent Application, US20150165146A1. Filed December 2014. Patent Pending.).- Developed a simulation within Microsoft Excel to calculate and predict humidification timing for a positive airway pressure device.- Developed custom Microsoft Excel macros to improve time efficiency for V&V testing.- Led testing of a sub-assembly with an integrated PCBA to determine the most effective method of protection was potting. This change in design and process improved the final yield of the product from approximately 60% to over 90%.-Traveled to Batam, Indonesia to lead contract manufacturer on a new CPAP product launch to market.-As the primary engineer, developed a custom test fixture to functionally test CPAP devices prior to shipping to customers. - Trained and managed work assignments for four engineering interns.- Led project management with multiple consultants to ensure project deliverables and project timelines are met.

My responsibility is to aid the transition from rapid prototype stage to production. I interface with the design engineers at Honeywell and the production team. I have also been involved in the mechanical design process for the prototype.
