Current• Lead Omdia’s advertising market research, including the development of new market forecasts, reports and research agendas• Serve as Omdia’s go-to expert in digital advertising, ad-supported online video, and European and North American advertising markets, providing direct support to existing clients and Omdia’s sales team in these areas• Deliver thought leadership through keynote presentations at industry events covering the advertising, online video, TV and broader media and… Show more • Lead Omdia’s advertising market research, including the development of new market forecasts, reports and research agendas• Serve as Omdia’s go-to expert in digital advertising, ad-supported online video, and European and North American advertising markets, providing direct support to existing clients and Omdia’s sales team in these areas• Deliver thought leadership through keynote presentations at industry events covering the advertising, online video, TV and broader media and entertainment sectors to increase awareness of Omdia, consolidate personal reputation as an industry expert, generate new sales leads, and maintain and grow a network of key contacts• Lead the planning and production of “big picture” thought leadership through survey design and exemplary written, numerical, and visual analysis that delivers insight for players across the TMT space• Develop and create new forecast models for key advertising and media and entertainment industry segments, supporting junior analysts contributing to these research streams, while strengthening methodology and adding new granularity and company coverage to core advertising and online video forecasts• Lead the scoping and delivery of consulting research projects and manage and engage in collaborative research involving colleagues from across the broader Omdia research team• Proactive outreach through social media and collaboration with marketing and public relations teams to bolster coverage of Omdia’s advertising research in both industry and mainstream media publications• Assess and bolster Omdia’s competitive positioning by seeking client and prospect feedback, and planning and delivering new research products and agendas Show less
