Provide leadership and direction to a multi-faceted team in order to achieve the goals of the organization.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Establish goals, evaluations, feedback, and on-going coaching, ensuring activities are performed within department and Company policy• Manage the resolution of issues related to customer & pricing master data administration and billing, escalating problems as needed to BSC and Regional management teams• Measure performance, including monthly metrics and provide support to the Divisional, BSC, and Regional management teams• Oversee and ensure the completion of billing process, including drop ship billings, progressive pay billings, special billings and sales accruals• Review a variety of reports, documents, and online data systems to research problems• Develop and maintain close working relationships with the Regional Company presidents, AVPs, pricing directors, finance teams, sales team, and other key personnel• Manage pricing performance impacts related to daily processing and strategic initiatives• Develop, implement and monitor procedures to ensure cost effective work flow in master data and billing processing, investigate alternatives for improving the capabilities of the organization through changes in structure, technology or method• Lead and manage acquisition activities related to customer and pricing administration functions, including due diligence and conversion action items
