I am the owner of a premier indoor action sports facility in the midwest. We sell skateboards, apparel and coordinate large events including "King of The Groms", "OUT", Minnesota State Fair and more.At 3rdLair we work closely with many partners across the action sports world to provide a world class facility and programming. The experience we provide these people is second to none and highly sought after.

I managed a $900M business opportunity spanning entire product lifecycle and supply chain. I reinvented the companies approach to managing shortages, by changing the focusing to improving profits and satisfying customers. I developed working relationships with vendors, merchants, and supply chain partners, improving operations and reducing shortages by 10% ($120M) over 3 years. I built and managed business intelligence and analytics team that identified $30M in savings over 2 years. I transformed shortage management team through performance management and superior leadership. I recruited and built technical teams, resulting in analytics reporting used by thousands of users. I established culture that fostered entrepreneurial spirit, resulting in each team member being accountable for identifying $1M in savings annually. I created high-integrity culture, resulting in 95% favorable upward feedback.

I directed operations of perishables and fresh foods in 1500 stores with $750M in sales and managed P&L for $700M food service business in 1500 stores. I developed strategies that grew fresh food business and established Target's identity as national grocer. My team introduced fresh food, expanding to 1500 stores in 3 years and growing sales from zero to $750M. I designed processes and trained teams, ensuring successful expansion Super Target stores from 100 to 250 locations and delivering 20% gross profit improvement in fresh food businesses. I led enterprise-wide strategies, improving operations and delivering 80% CAGR improvements in SuperTarget EVA over 3 years. My team grew from 10 to 100+, supporting rapidly expanding food business. I developed structure, training, and incentive plan, resulting in alignment of this national team.

I managed the reinvention of a declining business in 1700 stores, including developing new products, introducing new brands, improving operations, and growing sales from 300M to 700M. I negotiated the contract and that launched Starbuck’s and Pizza Hut into Target stores, resulting in becoming the largest licensee of both brands. I developed a beverage program that increased sales and profit by 30%. I collaborated with product development team, improving food quality and reinventing menu. In the time I ran food service we produced positive EVA for the first time, exceed all brand standards for both Starbucks and Pizza Hut and continuously improved customer satisfaction.

I managed 12 - 15 stores in Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana with $500M in annual sales. I oversaw service delivery, employee development, and P&L responsibility. I led and developed team with 2000 members, resulting in high-quality service that exceeded company goals.
