Performance Manager
Current- Lead and develop a team of 16 GIS Professionals- Monitor quality and performance outputs to identify training requirements and provide feedback- Manage GIS Tech Support and Mobility Solutions workflows- Prepare and monitor weekly and monthly metrics & KPI reports- Chair local safety committee- Prepare and conduct interviews- Maintain office management processes (Holidays, Sickness etc.)- Manage delivery of data to third parties in line with data sharing and security agreements- Internal auditing of processes to ensure compliance with business and industry regulations
