Dynamic Network Management is an innovative transformation programme, revolutionising the wastewater network, ensuring that we can identify and fix potential problems before customers are impacted. I had Regional Manager responsibilities for all of the company’s venues in Scotland. This required undertaking site audits and staff evaluations, prioritising venue visits and responding proactively and reactively to operational and safeguarding challenges to ensure that the Kings Camps programme was being run to a high standard.In my Operations Support role i was responsible for providing online video training to sports coaches that had been recruited alongside monitoring online training completion. I was also on the road visiting our venues across the country, providing support to our staff teams on the ground, to ensure that our programmes were beeing run to the desired standard.

Working as Gem's Cash for Kids Mission Christmas Project Manager. This project was an on air campaign focused on collecting gift and monetary donations to then redistribute to children across the East Midlands who were at risk with not waking up with a present on Christmas day.Responsible for:- Managing the logistics of 150 gift drop of points with key sponsors such as B&M, Sainsbury's and Argos- Communication with beneficiaries - Social media marketing of the campaign - Sourcing and managing HQ volunteers- Answering all enquires to do with the campaignAchievements: - 4,596 children across the East Midlands benefitted from the campaign - 35% increase in numbers of children supported in comparison to the year before, achieved in 3 months.- Project valued at £92,000Following on from Mission Christmas i continued to work across the Gem and Free Radio sites within the charity team, on further pillar campaigns. I also engaged with and approached several clients in order to help achieve fundraising targets.

I took on a temporary role with Sainsbury's during the COVID-19 pandemic. I worked with a team to ensure that online delivery vans departed on time during a period of exponential growth in the department. I also responded to customer and customer care line enquiries and dealt with the cancelation of delivery vans.During my time at the store i also helped to launch Sainsbury's quick delivery service 'Chop Chop' and trained other colleagues on the systems for this.

Primarily involved leadership of the Nottingham University site, dealing with 15 staff members and 130 children.Responsibilities:- Allocated staff hours to ensure child ratios were maintained- Planning of the activity timetable- Ensuring company policies and procedures were adhered to- Staff evaluations- Dealing with safe guarding concerns- Regular communication between the site, regional managers and head office.Achievements:- Under my leadership the venue successfully passed an external Ofsted inspection.- Ranked in the top 5 out of 60 venues after audits were completed. - Shortlisted for “Red Top of the Year (2018)’ meaning I was in the top 5 staff out of over 650 across the UK.- Several staff whom i managed have been promoted to lead other venues in the company.- Site managed a camp during COVID-19 adhering to and implanting new regulations and policies successfully.

I was promotion to Assistant Manager after consistent high scoring evaluations and positive feedback from the senior team and customers. Responsibilities/ achievements:- Developed new parental feedback systems, staff motivation methods and child reward systems. - Sole responsibility for whole venue in the absence of the Site Manager and during extended hours. - This role also consists of overall leadership of staff along with supporting and training new staff members and being a best practice model.

Responsibilities:- Sport coaching to groups of children with an age range of 4-17 through Kings Camps UK sports camps. - Responsible for groups of up to 20 children; where I was required to develop, plan and deliver, safe and progressive sessions in a variety of sports, as well as supporting specialist coaches in delivering sessions such as swimming. - This role also included lunch and break time supervision, caring for children in extra time before and after the main camp hours, leading whole camp warm up’s and lunch time activities, registration and developing parent communication. - Working one-to-one with children who needed extra support, by using motivational reward systems and adjusting a session to suit an individual need.Achievements:Part of the team which won Venue of the Year 2016 out of 70 different sites across the UK.
