In my time at Halfords, I was given the Audio and SatNav/GPS section of the store to mainly overlook. In doing so I had to work with customers to find a product that best suited their needs and requirements, ensuring that they would complete transactions happily, even if that required the purchasing of other items that they did not initially intend to but.
