Skilled in the management of highly technical engineering and business teams. I am bringing technology to business - I work to make processes efficient and on-point by bringing the right tools and skills to the job. I have been using JMP Software (part of SAS software suite), Power BI, Qlik Sense BI, and Python programming to visualize and automate business tasks. My team and I are responsible for performance metrics for our internal and external supply chain. We use dashboards and graph theory to best visualize process performance and then take those insights into meetings to bring about action and change. We utilize a variety of lean methodologies to make impactful changes in our supplier network. In my position, I rely on my underlying skills in engineering, manufacturing, and data science to execute engine overhaul projects, whether by helping with a quality audit or addressing a technical issue in the operation of our turbine engines. I encourage and coach my team to view challenges from a different angle and find productive solutions. With ever-increasing workloads, we look for ways to get the job done in the best way possible.
