I am currently working towards gaining a CCNA qualification in switching and routing later on this year.As part of the role, I’m experienced in handling technical issues and enquiries, logging these with suppliers or via the internal CRM system, for these to be dealt with internally or externally. Offering over the phone support assisting clients to help diagnose an issue or offer advice on how to resolve a problem. This has further strengthened my time management skills due to strict SLA’s in place to work towards. The position requires me to have a broad product knowledge including Avaya IP Office, MS Office 365, VoIP solutions, including vendors such as Yealink, Polycom, Cisco and Data circuits, which has helped me significantly within the role especially with my problem solving skills. The role requires me to attend customer sites for the installation of Voice over IP services, as well as routers to be used in conjunction with data circuits provided by Spectrum, or conduct onsite or offsite demonstrations on the Voice over IP services offered by Spectrum. Working offsite has allowed me to further develop my face to face customer skills and installation skills. As well as this, I have further developed my networking skills, following a project I was involved on within the technical department to improve the company’s internal infrastructure and general cable re-patching.
