This provided invaluable experience of delivery within a construction site with very tight timescales, working closely with the Redevelopment Director, the main board of the racecourse, main fit-out contractors, QS, commercial managers and a large number of stake holders including bookmakers, broadcasters and racing regulatory authorities.
