• Grow and develop a sales department, ensuring individuals remain motivated and focused on team and individual targets ensuring they meet daily KPI’s, productivity and quality • Establish and drive a strong sales culture within the Contact Centre and continually drive improvement in sales conversion and customer satisfaction rates • Lead, develop and coach direct reports to continually improve sales capability • To work with other Managers across the Contact Centre to create strategic and operational plans to improve the skills, competence and performance of all team members • Carry out 1:1’s with direct reports to achieve individuals further development • Implement change management strategy and coordinate process improvements in order to improve on sales and customer experience • Analyse Data to produce campaign intelligence that can be used to shape future strategies and ‘mix’ of outbound activities • Load campaigns to ensure available during full hours of operation and managed in line with Of-Com compliance regarding dropped calls • Project managing different campaigns to launch into different areas of the business, this was including budgeting and MI reporting. • Manage and maintain relationships and the performance of key 3rd party suppliers to optimise capability of all contact tools • Act as a liaison between the Operation and IT in respect of outbound technology • Plan, develop and implement an outbound demand plan for all products
