Responsible for design of transmission and distribution natural gas systems, coordination of project design, defining project scope, budget estimation and tracking, and assisting with contract oversight and administration.Responsible for defining and executing yearly Capital Budget.Responsible for compliance with DOT regulations for a natural gas transmission and distribution system consisting of approximately 64,000 customers.Oversees full Engineering and Compliance staff responsible for natural gas system design, GIS management, leakage surveys, measurement and pressure control, corrosion control, and record management.Responsible for administering required Distribution and Integrity Management Program and Transmission Integrity Management Program.

Responsible for design of transmission and distribution natural gas systems, coordination of project design, defining project scope, budget estimation and tracking, and assisting with contract oversight and administration.Oversee construction of new and maintenance of existing pipeline systems including selection of materials, development of procedures, compliance with applicable codes and inspection of work in progress.Ensure compliance with Federal, state and local rules and regulations.Design of system mains, and regulator and meter stations.Provide engineering specifications, surveys and directions that are necessary for project completion on schedule and within budget.

Responsible for coordination of project design, defining project scope, budget estimation and tracking, and assisting with contract oversight and administration.My duties also included management and coordination of support personnel and verification that the project is constructed in accordance with the contract documents and specifications.Technical Experience has included a variety of projects including: Transportation, Bridge Hydraulic Studies, Subdivisions and Site Design, Water Distribution Systems, Sanitary Sewer Collection and Pumping Systems, Storm Water Collection and Pumping Systems, Floodplain Mapping, and Transient Flow Analyses.
