With over 10 years of experience in the mining industry, I am a passionate and driven business development manager who specializes in surface ground engaging tools (GET) products. I work for MTG, the global leader in the design and manufacture of innovative GET solutions for mining, construction, and dredging applications. I am committed to delivering value to our customers, partners, and suppliers, and to supporting the growth and success of our company and team.In my current role, I am responsible for developing and executing strategic plans for sales growth within the Australian & PNG surface mining regions, in conjunction with our Regional Sales Managers. I provide leadership and support to our Area Mangers and collaborate with our Technical Service and Engineering Teams to ensure optimal product performance and customer satisfaction. Some of my achievements include securing contracted supply agreements with Tier 1 Miners, increasing the market share of MTG products in the AUS & PNG region, and introducing new product lines and innovations to meet customer needs. I leverage my skills in new business development, sales operations & product support to deliver results and solutions.
