My resourcefulness, critical thinking, and ability to learn quickly enable me to adapt and excel in any new challenge.To support my career shift, I am enrolled in a military-grade network engineering and cybersecurity training program at NGT Academy, where I've completed over 100 hours of project work and earned certifications, including CompTIA Security+, Full Stack Network Associate (FSNA) & Professional (FSNP). I aim to achieve my CCNA certification by December 2024.Being self-employed has taught me invaluable lessons in resilience, customer service, and continuous improvement. Of all the roles I’ve taken on, my favorite has always been troubleshooting and solving problems for clients. I genuinely enjoy working with people and approach even the toughest challenges as opportunities to grow in patience and understanding.
