I was in charge of the over seeing of the development and opening of this new bar in 2016.This is a Gin Bar in the heart of the city on the famous Birmingham Canal serving over 400+ Gins,as well as Beers, Wines and other spirits.My role includes making sure that high levels of Customer service and customer experience is being delivered at all times. I oversee all aspects of this business from Rotas, deliveries, stock ordering, offers, menu development, new offers, Budget control, bookings and experiences.Part of my role as General Manager includes meeting new stockists and brand managers, I also negotiate all Retro's and contracts with brands. I work towards targets, budgets and i am very KPI driven.

My role as General Manager for O Bar Birmingham included Making sure that a high level of customer service and customers experince is delivered at all times.General house keeping, Team Rota's, DJ bookings, hiring and training of new team members. Drink development, Menu creation and launches, Ordering stock and working towards KPI's, Bugets and Targets.I am also responsible for new offers/experiences which include Bottomless Brunches, Cocktail Masterclasses and package booking. I hold weekly meetings with current suppliers, brand account managers and I'm in direct contact with Director on a daily/weekly basis.

Sheepskin Footware Account Manager for the Midlands area, Wales & South EastMy role included sales to indipendant stockists of premium Sheepskin Footwear and Clothing. This was done by planning in appointments with existing and prospected customers. I would present them up and coming collections talking through all the benifits and features of each collection. Servicing orders and re-stocks throughout the year and Christmas orders.My role also included prospecting potential new stockist. I would then inturn speak to Managers/Owners/Directors and arrange suitable visit times. i would also visit stockists and help thrm with the Visual side of the brand this included Visual displays, Window graphic installs and store events.My role even ment that i sometimes had to travel abroad for conferences. Destinations included Australia, Dublin, Munich and Austria.
