Responsible for Massachusetts-based R&D operations for tools & integrated Java enterprise server initiatives producing $100+ million in revenues. Large scale C++/Motif based meteorology application for acquisition, forecasting, and television media-showcasing of weather data. Member of SEI-CMM Level 3 process management team. Customers driving our early agile SDLC included the FAA, Delta Airlines, and a Boston ABC News affiliate television station.

Developed Motif-based Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP) shop floor application for The Boeing Company’s “777 - Factory of the Future”. This included SEI/CMM process model involvement as Boeing was an early participant and adopter of the initial Capability Maturity Model (CMM) being developed by the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) at Carnegie Mellon University.

Developed software/hardware-based independent verification & validation (IV&V) harnesses and visualization tools for guidance, navigation, and control hardware assemblies, modelling preflight testing, and providing flight test support for the US Navy MK6 Trident II program.
