Originally from South London. I have always been very competitive, competing in different sports such as boxing, rugby and muay thai. I have previously worked in the events and logistics industry and the retail and customer service industry. Since then I moved up to Newcastle to study sport management at Northumbria University with the goal of running my own business in the sports industry. During my second year at university I got offered an opportunity working at Ricochet doing sales and marketing.During my first month I experienced so much ambition, drive and work ethic that I'd never seen before. This led to me gaining a desire for entrepreneurship and success. I have started developing my mindset and leadership skills in preparation for my new found goal of running a business in the near future.After two months of being at Ricochet I got promoted to the account manager role. This gave me bigger responsibilities such as developing a team, whom I am able to teach, train and develop. Since then I was part of an expansion team to Manchester. This allowed me to focus on my career and develop my skills. Within 12 months I was promoted into an assistant ownership position helping drive the office to number 1 in the UK and running the number 1 crew in the UK.I have since expanded into Birmingham, setting up my own direct sales and marketing business on the 6th of June. I have now moved back to Manchester to set up my next location and carry on expanding across the UK!
