I lead an Implementation department comprised of a dynamic collection of remote and in office teams across the whole suite of Evention products. We are responsible for transitioning customers through contract close into data requirements gathering, training, testing and go live phases. Evention is an established and growing company. Our rate of expansion has allowed the Implementation department plentiful opportunities for career path progression and collaboration. I provide opportunities for my team members to contribute to the overall strategy of the department and the company as a whole.

Fragomen provides services to many of the worlds largest companies. My team served one of the largest global consulting firms and was comprised of a firm Partner, two Associate Attorneys, two Assistant Paralegals, and two Administrative Assistants. I coordinated a team of legal drafters in India, led reporting efforts, and worked closely with client contacts worldwide to ensure desired results.
