I take risks, embrace new challenges, and, most importantly able to deliver. I play out alternative scenarios and make selections until I arrive at the chosen path. Once my goal is set, I become restless. I must act. While others may worry that “there are still some things we don’t know,” this doesn’t seem to slow me. I believe that action is the best device. We make a decision, we take action, we look at the result, and we learn.I have confidence not only in my abilities but in my judgment. I see patterns where others simply see complexity. I push others to take risks and put themselves out there. It is the only way to keep their thinking fresh, stay informed, and grow. When the problem or situation proves too frustrating and the people around me are too pragmatic, I remind them of our objective. Future objectives fascinate me.
