  Alpine Bank is a great, locally owned community bank. The bank was founded in Carbondale in 1973 by Bob Young, who still serves as the bank's CEO & Chairman. Over the past 5 years, the bank has steadily expanded across the state, and, in 2013, the bank made the commitment to expand into Denver. In April 2014, the bank opened its first office in Denver in the north wing of Union Station, and I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to oversee this branch. Today, my charge is to oversee the bank's Denver locations and work to continue to strategically grow the bank's Denver footprint.Today, we have 6 locations along the Front Range (Union Station, Cherry Creek, Denver Tech Center, Boulder, Fort Collins, and Colorado Springs) and 40 locations across the state. As the competitive landscape in the banking space continues to evolve, Alpine works to differentiate its brand through its employee ownership, its dedication to the community, and its fierce support of all things Colorado. The Employee Stock Ownership Plan is now the largest shareholder of Alpine Bank and in 2022, the bank gave more than $5MM to local non-profits. As the bank continues to grow, we look forward to expanding these efforts across the Front Range and throughout the great state of Colorado.
