• Accountable for the technical, financial and resource management of Security projects resulting in on-time, on-budget delivery of IT Security Engineering capital projects, including:--Implementation of Advanced Endpoint Detection and Data Loss Protection solutions--Network Access Control and Network Segmentation project frameworks (FY20 projects) • Partnered with Governance and Risk Management to develop and implement an Interim Demand Intake process to provide IT Leadership visibility to Security Resource utilization.• Instituted task-level plans for all IT Security KLO/Platform Enhancement projects within IT Security to enable successful execution by the security operations team with limited PM oversight.
