I currently lead a two person Integration Services team, the teams responsibilities are:• System configuration for new client implementations.• System configuration for client contract changes.• Second level system and data support.• Client issue escalation.• Process development and documentation.• SQL reporting and data extracts.• Client training.• Application development for internal use. I also lead a two person, first level Application Support Call Centre, the teams responsibilities are:• Client administrator system support.• Carrier data integrity.• Client training.I am also part of a small project management team that controls and develops client implementations from both the technical, and client standpoints. The team acts as a bridge between our clients, business teams and the technical support and implementation teams.
