Including a core team from New Zealand plus additional resources from international locations.- Extensive project planning; including providing documentation to the Chamber of Commerce, to obtain a Carnet which accompanied the 10~ tonne of gear that travelled with my team over three continents. - Working in extreme locations, required effective risk management, and change management.- Procurement of technical equipment and on-going vendor management.
