Since August 2020, I have been working as a Fraud/Data Analyst at CJ Pony Parts, a leading online retailer of Mustang and Ford performance parts and accessories. My core competencies include teamwork, customer service, and sales.As a Fraud/Data Analyst, I work with a team of professionals to detect, prevent, and resolve fraudulent transactions and activities on the company's website and platforms. I use various tools and techniques to verify the identity and validity of customers, orders, and payments, and report any suspicious or fraudulent cases to the appropriate authorities. I used various programs to document fraudulent risks and catalog past transactions for tracking and assessment. I also communicate with customers and vendors to ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience, and provide feedback and suggestions to improve the company's fraud prevention policies and procedures. I enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where I can apply my skills and knowledge to protect the company and its customers from fraud. I am motivated by the challenge and the opportunity to learn new skills and best practices in the field of fraud prevention.
