My core competencies include teamwork, customer service, and sales.As a Fraud/Data Analyst, I work with a team of professionals to detect, prevent, and resolve fraudulent transactions and activities on the company's website and platforms. I use various tools and techniques to verify the identity and validity of customers, orders, and payments, and report any suspicious or fraudulent cases to the appropriate authorities. I used various programs to document fraudulent risks and catalog past transactions for tracking and assessment. I also communicate with customers and vendors to ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience, and provide feedback and suggestions to improve the company's fraud prevention policies and procedures.
