Responsible for TVA's environmental and energy policy and engagement, regulatory affairs, interagency agreements and partnerships. Leading of team of experts in the field, focused on strong relationships with regulatory agencies and industry peers as well as collaboration across TVA's operations, finance and external relations. Areas of expertise include utility and generation operations; sustainability and climate change; air, water and waste compliance; clean and renewable energy; and natural resources management.

Responsible for TVA's environmental management system including all environmental policy, regulatory interface, compliance, permitting, and field services providing governance, oversight, execution and support to all of TVA's operations and strategic planning. Leading a group of 180 professionals plus contractors performing environmental operations, environmental monitoring, and project environmental planning; providing compliance guidance, expertise, and permitting; analyzing proposed policies and regulations; and guiding corporate strategies and engagement. Significantly improved TVA's environmental performance in all areas while restructuring TVA's environmental management system with leaner and more efficient processes and staff.

Responsible for a staff of 175 professionals providing environmental compliance field support, regulatory interface and expertise, permitting and compliance services to transmission, land and shoreline management, nuclear, fossil, and renewable generation.

Responsible for EHS services and governance to power generation.
