I have worked in organizational leadership, in one capacity or another, for the past 20+ years. Over those years I have had the pleasure of developing high performing teams, leading through complex changes, managing risk, identifying opportunities for growth, and coaching team members for success, among many other things. Leadership is my passion. I take great pride in developing meaningful relationships that ultimately help me to be a successful leader. For me, it has always been about those relationships.My earliest professional days were spent working in Human Resources. Developing those HR skills early in my career allowed me to focus on how to get things done through managing people and process. I have spent my time since working in various leadership positions where teaching and learning were equally important to me. I thrive when managing large teams through a complex situation, such as growth, Lean Implementations, major organizational changes, etc.. When I am not leading or learning at work, you will probably find me on the soccer field with either one of my two boys, or working on the latest home project.
