• Perform Quality Assurance Testing functionalities.• Update various items in WordPress, and successfully execute migration of 700+ reviews and 250+ blog posts to newer site.• Properly prepare QA checklist to ensure test coverage for every page.• Expeditiously test new site against client approved Design/SBM Templates as well as approved Copydeck for all pages.• Complete Forms Testing and test all form elements, LP’s and TY pages, Data Entry forms, emails (HS), Load Time, SEO (against customer approved document), and cross-browser compatibility.• Perform Regression, Black Box, Compatibility, and Responsive Testing.• Test internal web-based systems and client portal of website.• Confirm orders processed properly on both client and internal sites, and Customer Service is able to place orders flawlessly.• Ensure Affiliate links on sites and emails are in working order, accurate tracking and credit received, and payment completed.• Troubleshoot bugs found and fix configuration issues.• Continually learn new material to better assist Developers, creating less lag time in rolling out web pages.• Collaborate with CTO, Developers, and Customer Support to ensure issues are corrected.• Transfer data from various internal and external sources into collection application, ensuring no discrepancies or duplicates.
