• preparing labor and travel reports, billing in the customer system and monitoring invoice approval and collection;
• establishing travel policies that were consistent and fair to both company and employee;
• working with CONCUR technical contacts to implement system changes as needed;
• system administrator: CONCUR travel and HARVEST timekeeping systems.

• Supported DHS ENSS Contract Primary duties included:
• preparing and configuring CISCO routers and switches, building and cabling of network racks;
• gaining an understanding of network concepts and IP subnetting/binary math;
