Primary duties included: • preparing labor and travel reports, billing in the customer system and monitoring invoice approval and collection; • establishing travel policies that were consistent and fair to both company and employee; • working with CONCUR technical contacts to implement system changes as needed; • system administrator: CONCUR travel and HARVEST timekeeping systems.

Supported DHS ENSS Contract Primary duties included: • preparing and configuring CISCO routers and switches, building and cabling of network racks; • gaining an understanding of network concepts and IP subnetting/binary math; • visiting government sites to perform network installations and trouble tickets.

Familiar with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Experience with CPFF, CPAF, CPIF, T&M, FFP, CPLOE contract types. Primary duties included: • preparing and submitting invoices and backup files, preparing and presenting customer budget reports; • tracking funding on multiple contract line items (CLINS) and working with contracts to send limitation of funds 75% letters in a timely fashion; • preparing and presenting internal budget reviews and revenue recognition reports under product and service accounting principles; • assessing financial risk and mitigation strategies, establishing and monitoring program reserves and resulting profit booking rates, reconciling accrued sales and unbilled balances; • budgeting and tracking company overhead (OH) and general and administrative (G&A) rates and rate components; • ordering and tracking of a high volume of program materials, detailed reporting of labor and travel costs.
