Married to his bride Denise, and blessed with two children; serves in a variety of volunteer and service capacities at local/national non-profits and churches across the U.S. Also currently serves on the city / church solutions team at GLOO, LLC; a Research Fellow at Leadership Network (leadnet.org). Matt oversees ministry, operational and data understanding, application, and strategic design elements using meta data, engagement platform and operational alignment. Prior to joining GLOO, he was the lead architect on the 3 city project for the Relationship Enrichment Collaborative (one of the largest privately funded projects in the faith and family formation arena - city impact and transformation).

Bringing forward advancements to Ministry efficacy, by applying cutting edge ministry intelligence solutions to churches, ministry leaders to help advance their mission. As a passion to see the local church not only survive but thrive - we have to hold loose "how" we do ministry and cling to the "why" otherwise we will be gaped on our true calling of helping people meet, know and follow Jesus.

Develop a culture at Mission that honors and promotes marriage in accordance with Biblical insights and to lead and equip married couples into vibrant and healthy relationships. Establish strategic plans, coordinate the resources of partners, develop and institute programs and events and move the culture at Mission. Support and resource several weekend messages every year which target marriage, hosting multiple marriage and parenting seminars and events every year, crisis and pre-marriage programs and support, and resourcing Missional Communities and other ministries. Develop, implement and operate a pre-marriage ministry, oversee and lead a marriage crisis ministry in partnership with Mercy ministries. Infuse the #datenightphx life style into Mission culture. Motivationally lead volunteer leaders to perform well and experience growth. Model Christ's compassion and love for others, and be enthusiastic and bring energy to the table. Lead with a servant leadership style, and have a high capacity of leading and spiritual leadership.

• Direct the transfer student admissions office for the university. • Develop, manage and provide strategic oversight for overall enrollment management goals within this growing and important student population.• Provide oversight within strategic development increasing international transfer student enrollment.• Support location based enrollment efforts in coordination with goals and objectives – (Tempe, Poly, DPC, West, Online, EAC, Lake Havasu)• Identify, cultivate and nurture relevant professional relationships to enhance recruitment/enrollment objectives (within community college/national organizations).• Serves as a representative of the University at state, regional and national organizations, boards, councils and committees.• Lead and direct CRM system support/training for unit.

• Assists in all aspects of the administration, management and supervision of the administrative functions including the planning, organization and directing the day to day operations of the Department.• Prioritizes and implements work plans in accordance with management directive and funding limitations. Assists with the development of strategies associated with achievement of university short- and long term transfer student enrollment goals.• Prepares or coordinates preparation of financial and administrative reports; analyzes and interprets statistics, financial data, and management planning data for predicting resource needs and developing long range plans.• Oversees and participates in planning, developing and administering department budget.• Have knowledge of, adhere to, comply with and enforces all policies, rules, and regulations of the ICA Department, University, Board of Regents, NCAA and PAC-12.• Have working knowledge of SIS, CRM and additional programs/data sources.• Oversees applied recruitment technology including Telecounseling, social media, and is the functional lead for CRM.
