The consultancy’s client elected to undertake a transformative change to redesign and consolidate the Information Technology portfolio across the Australian and UK regions to support global operations. Lead analyst on multi-site outpatient self-service solution ($3m, 500 users). Trained and managed three analyst resources. Delivered cost modelling of project strategy options, business change impact analysis, business requirements specification, procurement via public tender, business readiness assessments.Business change and readiness activities leading up to hospital opening including process framework designs to underpin the introduction and operational use and management of new technologies.

SPARQ Solutions provides ICT services to Queensland's electricity suppliers, Energex and Ergon Energy.Initial role was as Senior Business Analyst initiating projects for the IT infrastructure program of work within this complex multi-tenant environment. Subsequently took on project managing concurrently with the analyst duties, with an objective to improve the overall process from initiative definition to project closure.

Vector is New Zealand's largest distributor of electricity and gas.Initially hired in a hybrid role as Project Manager and Business Analyst for the IT Security program of work. Completed scoping and business cases for initiatives addressing security audit concerns relating to corporate information assets as well as access control mechanisms for SCADA systems. Managed two projects to completion. Analyst on Strategic Centralised Logging project. Subsequently delivered business analysis and process design for a tactical project to improve the public facing electricity faults messaging service.

Operational base-lining and cost modelling to allow accurate predictions of the impact of changes to the personal savings product suite and maintenance functions. Analysis and execution of schedule of changes to improve outsource partners straight through processing capability.

Global IT Service Management platform upgrade (ITSM Remedy). Re-engineering of current Incident Management and Problem Management processes to align with ITIL framework.
