As Director of the Board at Niagara Therapy since 2010, Matt Adams is involved in key organisational decision-making and strategic direction. From the development of organisational policies at Niagara to being involved in guiding organisational goals (both long and short term), ensuring preset objectives are being achieved to approval of budgeting and finance, Matt’s years with both Niagara and the sales industry is invaluable in this position.

Matt Adams is currently the Director of Sales & Marketing at Niagara Therapy. In this appointment, Matt oversees the entire sales and marketing program across Australia and New Zealand. Since commencing this role in 2007, he has helped grow the company from $16 million turnover to $30 million turnover. With a total of 126 employees and 95 sales consultants across Australia and New Zealand, Matt’s capabilities in terms of marketing management and effective leadership are evident in the business development figures. As Director of Sales & Marketing, Matt is responsible for the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategy initiatives across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s goals and vision. The sales and marketing programs have been implemented to promote efficiency and effectiveness; increasing market share; and promoting new business development. Sales performance reporting and document production are key components of Matt’s role.

Matt was appointed Niagara’s NSW Sales Manager in 2002. Under Matt’s direction, he grew the operation from $1.5 million in revenue to $6 million over five years. During his time as NSW Sales Manager, Matt was recognised for his outstanding achievements, being named as the “Most Improved Operation” in 2003 at Niagara’s Vanuatu Convention. For four years running, Matt was recognised for his “Outstanding Management” (2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007).

In 2001, Matt was appointed to the position of Senior Sales Consultant, beginning his impressive sales career with Niagara Therapy. In this same year, Matt Adams was awarded the highly coveted Australasian Rookie Sales Person of the Year Award at the Malaysian convention in Penang.

In mid-1999, Matt was appointed as an independent sales consultant with Niagara Home Security. During this time his passion and natural ability for sales and marketing shone through, having broken many sales records and receiving numerous awards. Amongst his most notable achievements was Matt receiving the most awarded sales person of the month titles in the history of the company. He was also the first distributor appointed in March of 2000. By the age of 23, Matt has already achieved these remarkable sales records and went on to open his own office.
