Drove the design and implementation of Windows Ink Workspace which had well-reviewed digital pen experiences like Sticky Notes, Sketchpad and Screen Sketch which substantially increased active digital pen usage and customer satisfaction across Surface products and the OEM ecosystem. Generated new Store traffic and app revenue through incorporating highly targeted suggested apps that are great with pen and digital ink.

Part of the team that brought back the Start menu experience with Windows 10. Specifically led the design and development of the patented default Start user experience for Windows 10 which is shown to all users by default, including first party app placement and tasteful partner advertisements. Created a new flexible mechanism for OEM's and Enterprises to curate the default Start experience for Desktop and Phones for Windows 10. Enabling top tier OEM's such as Lenovo, Dell, HP, and Microsoft to create a customized Start menu experience in a flexible and extensible manner. The Windows 10 Start menu design won the 2015 Silver Digital Design award from the Industrial Design Society of America.

Led the design and development of the end to end user experience for the inaugural Xbox One dashboard. Worked cross organization to deliver an extensible cloud-driven experience to enable users of Xbox One to realize the full potential of this next generation console through a simplified and intuitive user interface, while still allowing for tasteful monetization and realization of business goals. This initial experience for the Xbox One shell has been highly regarded by customers and reviewers alike for its simplicity and utility. Speaker/evangelist for the Xbox One Partner Applications Summit in London and Bellevue, WA at Xbox One launch.

Worked cross-org with the Windows 8 team to deliver the foundational set of inbox media user experiences for the Xbox Live on Windows apps across music, TV, movies, games, and Xbox companion experiences. Worked closely with the Windows 8 team and our design team to drive the initial set of Live Tile experiences across all Xbox Live on Windows applications.

Shipped 2 major versions of the Zune software as the PM responsible for driving the reinvention of the device sync user experience between the Zune PC software client and multiple devices including Windows Phone 7 and Zune devices. Started a grass roots effort to bring PC sync experience usability testing scores with Windows Phone 7 from very poor to exceptional by creating and leading a passionate cross-org v-team. Worked across multiple releases to drive high quality sync experiences for a staggered release of multiple PC clients. Attended CES to represent Microsoft products each year.

Responsibilities included writing test cases, assisting with test planning, executing test passes, filing bugs, working with developers to resolve bugs, and creating detailed test result matrices in Excel.
