Responsible for maintaining, debugging, and developing features for all Drupal-based sites that HighWire develops and hosts, which collectively receive an average of 250,000,000 unique page views per month. Debug and add client requested features to our core platform. Mentor fellow team members and advise senior management on processes and pain points.- Decreased support ticket queue by 70% over a 4 month period by leading weekly training sessions, creating documentation, and conveying an end-to-end understanding of our publishing platform. - Maintain, debug, and add new features to our proprietary Drupal modules by listening to and noticing what our clients are having trouble with and/or wishing for.- Guarantee revenue streams by completing at-risk projects for the Professional Services team.- Ensure client retention by debugging complex issues that could be related to either the front or back-end, and conveying said problems and solutions back to clients in a friendly, easy to understand manner.- Decreased deployment do-overs by writing a Slack app that connects Salesforce and GitHub to check whether or not the code to be deployed was actually merged into the stable branch.

Responsible for building websites as per agreed upon specifications. Leveraged our existing platform for core functionality while developing custom features and implementing given designs. Managed and trained 3rd party contractors.- Built websites (or group of related sites) that receive 100k+ unique page views per month by dividing technical specs into features that our platform already supports, vs. custom work.- Built a collection of command line tools to help site builders quickly discover information about the configurations and data a given site is working with.- Ensured each site had lowest possible page load time through pre-launch auditing for slow database queries, long running functions, and proper caching configurations.- Communicated with engineering team about potential platform bugs, areas for improvement, and questions about how things work.

Responsible for running a 100% referral based web development agency. Helped clients figure out what they needed as well as what they wanted. Provided hosting services. Trained clients on how to use and get the most out of their websites. Fielded all support related questions, built new sites and features, handled financials.- Built teams for larger projects that would handle non-development tasks (photography, copy writing, design, marketing, etc.).
