I am currently working as a QA Tester at Sumo Digital where I am working as part of a skilled development team working on an unannounced title.My tasks/duties include working closely with the development team to pinpoint bugs and key faults within the software.- I am well versed in bug tracking databases such as ADO and have just started using Jira to an effective degree and use them to construct daily build updates for the rest of the team.- I have taken part in daily team meetings to help coordinate the work effort each day and have been included in weekly Microsoft meetings previously as a QA representative.- I have experience in using TeamCity to monitor build status to make sure the team has a build every day and will react accordingly should errors occur- Extensive experience in conducting testing on Milestone Deliverables - I have often been tasked with the creation of testing documents/test plans to track daily build status/health- The platforms I have testing experience on now include iOS, PS5, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC and always look forward to learning new aspects of the development process.- The titles I have worked on previously include Forza Horizon 2, Forza 7, Crackdown 3, Crackdown 3 Keys to the City and Spyder.

My main duties included operating the tills, assisting customers to purchase the right product, answering sales queries, assisting with cashing up and participating in promotions. Game is a very busy shop, especially when we are running promotions so it’s imperative that we work as part of a team but I am also able to work using my own initiative. I like to keep myself up to date with new products and promotions so that I am able to answer queries and assist customers to the best of my ability.

I worked at Aviva through Spring Personnel on a 6 month temporary contract, where I worked within an administration team. My main duties were responding to customer queries relating to pensions, data inputting using the company computer systems, forwarding letters to clients and general administration. I was in charge of my own workload and I was able to effectively prioritise jobs using good organisation skills. I successfully worked to strict deadlines and gained experience of working as part of a team and working alone. I assisted customers by using either written communication or over the telephone and always completed tasks to the best of my ability, ensuring accuracy was paramount. I possess good numerical skills and I have a good GCSE passes in maths and english, which is useful whilst working in a department where accurate communications were essential.

I worked part-time at Game as a Sales Assistant to support myself through university. My main duties included manning the sales desk, sorting queries, assisting with general shop promotions, stock taking, cashing up and bank runs. In order to provide good customer service I ensured that I kept up to date with new products and promotions and I enjoyed assisting customers to purchase the right product. I gained experience of working with customers both face to face and over the telephone and I was regularly complimented by management in relation to my good customer service approach. Whilst working at Game, I came to appreciate the value of team working, especially during busy times, such as Christmas time, and I was also given the opportunity to work using my own initiative - advising customers on products, accessories and any relevant promotions and ensuring that they purchase the right product.

Working in retail involved a lot of face to face contact with customers, and I also worked using my own initiative by moving around the store offering to assist other departments during busy periods. I ensured that I kept up to date with products and promotions in order to be able to offer a good customer service.
