I contributed to enhancing user experience by consolidating access to four systems into a single website, utilizing APIs from Jira, Salesforce, and Google Drive. I created a Skill Management application from scratch in Postgres on AWS, allowing more flexibility for integration. Additionally, I developed custom user interfaces, employing Javascript libraries like dragula, to facilitate improved cross-team visibility between sales and implementation.

I worked with a cross functional team to maintain and enhance the builder, runtime, and database management experiences. I initiated and developed builder oriented improvements based on prior years of experience as a builder, such as fixing long broken component interactions and adding new actions to keep customer builds more declarative and scalable. Within the database management, I troubleshot various rendering and timing issues around field management and reworked functions to better leverage existing components.

I worked with a cross functional team to maintain and improve the admin experience, platform environment, and various template solutions.I maintained and enhanced Skuid's admin experience for handling applications, pages, users and other administrative fun. I primarily worked with a combination of Node.js, Bookshelf.js, and hapi to create new endpoints, rework existing endpoints to make them more scalable, and add the ability for all endpoints to handle new parameters that allow for a better admin experience. I owned and built the Employee Portal Accelerator from scratch, per leadership of some wonderful product managers and designers. I created it with a backend on AWS RDS and AWS S3, front end of Skuid's Composer, Javascript, and JSS with some bash scripting to enable easier development and deployment. I also assisted in it's first custom implementation.

I gathered requirements and developed an understanding of the problems users had, and developed solutions to improve their ability to complete their job. I led the design and development of the solution for one of 3 teams in a top 5 customer account, which led to onboarding additional teams. Created solutions while meeting with customers to assist sales with avoiding churn in a top 10 customer account. I worked with smaller accounts when needed to provide short term support and help them get past blocks in their development.
