This role is part of the NRMA Customer Value Management & Growth team, working to reinforce and enhance the value of Membership.My role requirements include:- Driving improved retention through engagement with Member benefits program- Ongoing development of Member value propositions and loyalty strategy- Establishment of rigorous category and partner evaluation criteria to enable easier product and partner selection aligned to the NRMA values- Management of strategic partner portfolio and ongoing support, improvement and ratification of partner network- Leading and developing 1 direct report

This role required a complete overview of Thrifty’s product offerings to drive value and improvement.My role included: - New product development, launching products that increase revenue and offer enhanced customer experience. - Management of the Blue Chip loyalty program- Chaired the innovation and continuous improvement committee - System integration and relationship management with strategic external partners- Brand development and maintenance across Omnichannel touch points- Commercial analysis and market positioning including forecasting and contribution modelling- Segment and channel reporting driving actionable insights and leading to increased product sales- Project management leading multi-functional teams across Australia.

Responsible for the management and delivery of new and existing products, contributing to the marketing and channel management strategy as well as reporting and budget management which leads to sustained growth in revenue and profits.

In this role I was responsible for financial objectives being achieved through best practice implementation, problem solving, customer service and action driven by risk assessment.I led a team of 7 credit officers and 2 administration staff, helping to develop employee skills and profiles within the company which resulted in a number of promotions within the department and across the business.

In this role I honed my data analysis and insight delivery skills. I was able to also improve efficiency through identifying and putting into action process improvements.
