Video Recruit is an automated video interview platform that allows employers and recruiters to improve the speed and quality of hire. My role was to prospect for corporate clients, then present and sell them a range of software solutions for interviewing/candidate filtering.My Achievements:- Successfully acquired Video Recruit's first corporate clients in the Czech Republic and Poland;- Helped the company's UK expansion by recruiting a new Sales Director for Scotland.

I provided my know-how, experience and creative thinking to a range of companies to help them develop their on-line branding, marketing and sales performance. I specialised in Internet video solutions and other marketing techniques that focused on driving audience and revenues. I acquired and retained clients in the Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary and the UK, including Pepsi, Telefonica/O2, Bata, Swatch, Panasonic, Sony and Everlast.

I managed a group of talented teams who devised and implemented the B2C business plan which enabled Tiscali to become the market leader in consumer internet connectivity in the Czech Republic. I was in charge of four core business departments and a total of 61 employees in two Czech-based offices:- Sales & Distribution- Marketing & Communications- Portal- Customer CareMajor projects/achievements:- Business Development: delivery of rapid, profitable growth in B2C business from a simple dial-up access-based model (3 mil Euros/year) to broadband and voice business generating >12 mil Euros/year.- Residential Voice Services: overall responsibility for the launch of consumer voice product portfolio based on carrier selection; grew subscriber base from 0 to 47,000 paying customers in < 2 years.- Re-branding Programme: overall responsibility for re-branding the company from World Online to Tiscali. Led advisory teams on creative styles, ad copy and media mix to ensure maximum campaign impact from a EUR1.2 million marketing budget.
