Gensolve Practice Manager is the leading cloud-based practice and patient management software application. In my role here, I provide application support to our practice management software clients. This involves software installations, troubleshooting and IT solutions, as well as data migrations for clients moving over from other applications.To assist Gensolve in providing a leading, comprehensive practice management software solution, my role plays a direct part in ensuring our allied health clients are smoothly integrated into Gensolve Practice Manager, as well as have access to the support and tools they need to get the most out of their user experience.

At Oncore, we offer contractor payroll solutions to assist professional contractors, recruiters and corporates. In my role, I provide IT and application support to our staff and clients. This involves hardware and software support, IT inventory, as well as setting up new client portals and software installations.My role assists Oncore to continue providing effective client services by quickly and easily reducing the time taken for clients to be set up properly. This is as well as ensuring their user experience is stable, efficient and enjoyable.
