My research began with an investigation into the potential uses of the polymer, Chitosan, as a novel material for quick and accurate diagnoses. Most recently, however, I have explored halide inhibition of the commonly used Copper-Catalyzed Azide-Alkyne Cycloaddition reaction, the results of which have recently been published in the Journal of Organic and Biomolecular Chemistry.

My role as a tutor is to convey complex material in a way that the student will best comprehend. This requires a high proficiency in these subjects as well as the ability to communicate them clearly, which can be difficult when dealing with language barriers.

As a server, it was my responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction by tending the needs of the guests in a way that best represents the ideals of the restaurant. This entailed being knowledgeable of the offered items, as well as the ability to handle highly stressful situations while maintaining a calm and collected demeanor.

As director, I was responsible for assigning over 200 players grades Pre-K - 6th into teams of equal skill. In addition, I managed the practice and game schedules for all 30 teams, the league's operating budget, concession inventory, all game day activities, and much more. This experience greatly facilitated my development as a leader and gave me a strong appreciation for teamwork.
