Business Banking division included Business Banking Officers, Relationship Managers, Retail Small Business Group and the Small Business Strategy Team all of which includes more than 250 employees. The creator and national leader for the fastest growing bank in small business lending at this time. I lead the transformation of the Bank into a small business powerhouse and took their national ranking from 27th in 2010 to 14th in 2016. I brought my expertise to the bank, spearheading the construction of its small business banking group. Lead a quick and continuous expansion of the team into a thriving business unit of professionals that currently encompasses a footprint that extends into 20 states. Was able to attract and hire top talent to make a successful team with over 250 employees, starting with zero employees in 2010. Was also the driver and strategic designer of Bank of the West's new Business Banking De Novo Offices now in Seattle, Phoenix, La Jolla, and Tacoma. This new concept for Bank of the West has been very successful and are expanding this strategy. With an unfaltering dedication to innovation and acceleration, I saw a way to offer better relationship management and sales for the business banking portfolio and created the Small Business Relationship Management team in 2015.
