I am the owner of corePT fitness and wellbeing, Core Strength Equipment and BLR properties. My background starting in elite level sport and performance coaching. I represented my country and England International Schoolboy level where I was also captain. It then progressed into property investment and development alongside starting our retail business Core Strength equipment.In May 2023, both me and my wife acquired full ownership of our retail business.CorePT sees us work with a range of clients, from business people, businesses and elite athlete through to people who just want to improve their health and wellbeing.Core Strength continues to grow as both a consultation and retail business, selling both our own branded equipment and some of the best brands in the world of health fitness and performance. We continue to be actively involved in development projects and manage a property portfolio.
