In Feb 2009, while on holiday in Vegas, I designed a new 3 card game that could be played in Casinos and on-line. After more thought and game development was completed I approached Jacobson Gaming, LLC, the leading independent game analysis company who completed further analysis on the new game. The results that came back were very positive so, in April 2009, I applied for Patent protection within the US against the game while applying for European Design protection and a Community Trademark within Europe.In June 2009 I created Bridge House Entertainment Ltd as the entity to approach Casinos within the UK to trial the new card game.The new game has been trialled within the UK and is currently being leased to Casinos.

Manage the finances for all projects/initiatives within Business Transformation making sure all funds are requested and approved before spend.Manage the department finances making sure we stay within budget and where possible meet all budget demand changes to reduce costs.Manage the Quality Assurance of all projects creating a configurable framework dependant on the size of change initiative.Reviewing all projects against the agreed framework to ensure the change is fit for purpose before implementation and that benefits plans are monitored to ensure they are delivered post project completion. Conduct reviews of the change deliverable process to ensure it is efficient and fit for purpose for all projects.Providing Programme Office services of appropriate quality, including monthly change portfolio reporting to the BAF&SF Operational Committee and as required and within allocated timescales. Maintaining the Business Transformation Change Capacity plan to ensure effective allocation of resources.Establishing and strengthening relationships with members of the senior leadership team, Executive and other stakeholders within BAF&SF through the production and communication of appropriate Management Information.

Managed and developing the Project Reconciliations function within Business Transformation making sure all work was completed to a high standard and in a timely manner. Worked with Project mangers on budgets for adjustment and accruals.Managed the GATE Submission process for all Projects going to the Technology & Transformation Board by making sure all documentation was correctly completed and all financial reporting was accurate. Maintained good working relationships with key customers at head office.Managed all MI information regarding Finances including presentations for COO and Operational Committee as well as reporting on a regular basis to Group Finance PartnerWorked closely with Project Manager’s, Business Analysts and Group to improve process and reduce costs.

Managed and developed the Reconciliations team within Agreement Finance making sure all work is completed to a high quality standard and timely; growing direct report talent and capability.Managed the Customer Payments department (Agreement Finance & Customer Collections) control framework – including: preparation and monitoring audit documentation accuracy and completeness; integration of Sarbanes-Oxley (“SOX”) requirements to existing operational control framework; relationship point for internal and external auditors.Worked with other Team Leaders to improve processes and reduce costs and inefficiencies within the Business.
